02/23/06 - Holy Crap! I'm Updating!.....Wow! Even I'M amazed!! ...I didn't realize that i havent updated since last year...thats pretty sad! I'm sorry...Tyler..I'm so sorry since I know you're the only one that reads this page, I dont have to extend my sorry's to anyone else!...I dont think. Anyways. I went to lord of the dance last night, it was a fricken awsome show. Those fast little toes of theirs simply amaze me. Its really a good incentive to get in shape. Not one dancer was chubby! Mind you, I dont plan on becoming the next twinkle toes, I'll just stick to being a boxer. Boxers have pretty fancy feet too though...Crap I'm so tired, I'm sorry for babbling. Went to bed at a decent time (to everyone elses standards) but quite late to me. 10:30. Don't laugh! I have to deal with a boyfriend that wakes up at 3:30 in the morning! Been awake this morning since about 4:00, I'm a little sleepy. But I have coffee, that was so gererously brought to me by one of the realtors i work for from Tim Hortons. Here's a pic of coley

11/20/05 - You may have noticed that I added in an update from the 17th. That was done in word pad in my bedroom and I couldnt put it on the internet until I could get a connection to my lap top. Right now I have shawns computer unplugged and mine plugged in so i could do a little bit of stuff on the internet. I have to go grab a network cord so that i can hook us up to our router, because I can't seem to pick up a connection from my wireless here. Its really weak (doubt anyone around here can afford wireless anyways) so it's probably the house next to the complex or something. Anyways, eventually I will have everything up and running and it will be great.

11/17/05 - For some reason, I feel a sense of creativity when I use the lap top. I dont know if its because I enjoy the way the keyboard keys feel under my fingers, or if it is because I can sit on a computer in the comfort of my bedroom and not stuck squinting at words I can hardly see uncomfortable on a computer chair freezing but knowing a blanket would tangle up under the wheels of the chair. Whatever it is, I do feel more creative. I am a wee bit frustrated though, because when i was at my parents place I got a perfect connection to someone elses wireless internet, but when I try and connect to the 2 that appear at home, the connection apparently isn't strong enough so I cannot connect to the internet from the comfort of my bedroom. If I keep trying, maybe it will eventually work. Speaking of being cold (and switching topics at a rapid rate) my bedroom is very cold, especially for someone who is stupid enough to put on a tank top instead of a sweater, because she feels it is a more "creative" look....Im considering hopping out of bed and checking out the internet for some way to bypass the security on the other 2 connections that I can get, because one of them is strong enough for me to get, i just ... can't get it! Thats it, i'm moving back to my parents place so that I can get free "roaming" access. Anyways, enough about the internet connection. Actually, speaking of anything at all...I'm tired, and as much "creative" juices are in me, they feel kind of thick, as if they don't want to come out.....and the computer isnt really much fun unless i have a hook up for the internet!...and i'm sure you would all agree. Paint isnt as much fun as it was when you were younger, and i'm not talking about what you put on your walls, i'm talking about the crappy windows drawing application. So I'll leave on that note. No, this is not a saying that randomly popped into my head or that I pulled from my ass. Last night Shawn & I went to the Itallian Kitchen after a long day of Rememberance Day celebrations & drinking. We had our appetizers, our fairly pricey entrees and a nice big peice of rich New York Cheesecake and I had produced my Visa and placed it on the table waiting to pay for our dinner...too scared to know how much we spent because in reality, we dont have the money to pay for a dinner. The waitress comes over to clear away our plates and when noticing the visa sitting precariously on the edge of the table, she promptly told us that someone had taken care of our meal. My first instinct was of course my friend who worked there had paid for it, but as i thought about it, i dont think he would have paid for it because i still think he holds a grudge against me....just prior to her telling us, the people sitting beside us got up and left and were saying goodbye to us and that we should have a good weekend etc etc. I thought this was rather odd considering we did not know them...and yes they dropped their chair on shawns leg a couple of times, we hadnt really socialized with them at all. But then, as we thought more about it, we figured it might be that table of people that bought us our dinner....the man i thought didnt deserve his wife because he was loud and obnoxious...i take those thoughts back now...as we leave the restaurant we ask our waitress who paid for our dinner and she said just some people who wanted to thank us (shawn) for everything that we've done (I believe I forgot to mention that shawn was still in uniform when we went out for dinner) It was rememberance day, and some people wanted to thank shawn for being in the army as a reflection of all those who died in the wars in years past.....sometimes the kindness of some people leaves me speechless, I would never think about buyng some person in uniform their dinner to "thank" them for something they themselves did not do.....

11/03/05 - Good Morning! Okay, first of all, i just hope everyone had a great halloween, Cole went out trick or treating for the first time (cole was only 8 days old last year, so ...he didnt really do much of anything except for sleep. Cole went as a pumpkin which Tyler has put up on TRR and has left it up even from the various complaints of Mike. So a big pat on the back for that. Oh so guess what!! I've been actually busy at work lately! I know what your thinking "She has two games of solitaire going at once!!!" But no! ...yes i do find the odd moment to sneak in a couple games, but for the most part, I've actually been doing STUFF. My boss hired a coach for our team, these coaches phone us up and give us homework to organize our office better so that we can make more money and ...things like that. Personally these coaches annoy the hell out of me because they talk to you like you have never seen a computer before and really, just tell me what you want done and i'll figure it out on my own, i hate being told what to do step by step, cause when they do that, i dont even listen, so in the end we wasted breath and energy and i'm just going to go figure it out on my own anyways! On a side note. I've started working out at curves.

(no thats not me) Actually its a pretty fun place to go, its only 30 mins and i'm able to keep my heart rate up for the solid 30 mins at about 80% (which is above where it should be) whereas when I went to the gym, i would do my cardo for abouuuut 7 mins with my heart rate at 70% and then stop....so hopefully i'll be seeing some results soon! Anyways, i should be getting back to the work that I actually have!

10/19/05 - There comes a point in your life when you come to realize...wow....this is really boring...I've been sitting here, running my hands through a tub of paperclips, because solitaire is no longer fun because I am too damn good at it! I randomly dump the tub of paperclips onto my desk, just so i can put the paperclips BACK into the tub....Now....if you think your bored...I just hope that you think of me and put your boredom into perspective and realize, things just arent so bad. I have also come to that dreadful point, where I no longer have something to say....I was laying in bed the other night and asked shawn if it was ok to have completely run out of things to say....today i was talking to tyler...and

10/17/05 - You know...I realize, compared to TRR My page is pretty damn boring...so then I sit and ponder on what other information I could gather and put on my page, and I am at a loss...I can't keep updates regular enough to do Dick Simmons...whatever day of the week it was...I dont have any crazy interesting fetishes to keep the Sex Files alive....And personally, i dont give a rats ass about politics...so there's no sense in me blabbing about something I dont follow (I'd have to get shawn to start writing articles in my page if i wanted that to happen)....I dont do great editorials....I dont do movie reviews...I do like mullets though......hmmm...we might be getting somewhere with this....

So for halloween, Cole was supposed to be a lawn gnome. This idea was brought upon when he went to a birthday party and stuck on a blue party hat and he looked like a little gnome....But then my mom went out and saw a pumpkin outfit and just *had* to buy it, and its so damn cute, that I have no choice but to have him as a pumpkin this year...next year we will try the gnome....

10/14/05 - I need something exciting to do! If i can sit at work, play games on pogo.com and not get behind...SOMETHING is terribly wrong! And they are paying $5000 to have someone come in and set up systems and organize us on how we do things...well....dont we need something to do to be able to put the systems in use....Shouldnt they be writting offers and getting listings to PAY for the coaching?? So...Next week will andy tell me he cant pay me?? Cause I'll kick his ass! Tyler...when is that picture going up on your page? I'm bored!

10/14/05 - Yesterday was Shawn's birthday, for his present I gave him a ticket for World Freestyle Fighting in Vancouver. It will be a fun evening PLUS a nice getaway to Vancouver so we're both pretty excited for that! Last night we went to Sir Winstons to have a drink & food....I thought he was going to have a bunch of people from army come join us, but it was just the 2 of us so that was nice. Saturday we're going to Malibou (the go-karts in kelowna) and we're going to do some racing (if weather cooperates) and we're going to do some laser tag and do some arcading. Should be lots of fun!

Okay, so we're a day late...had yesterday not been a holiday I would have updated my page, but I dont go on the computer much when I'm at home because 1) Shawns usually on it 2)If shawns not on it, I'd rather be hanging out with him instead of on the computer. So, 7 years of a webpage...we've hung in there for quite a while...Yes it looked completely different 7 years ago, and we've definatly come a long way (although we're a little lax on the updating)We've had our Good Times and we've had our Bad Times but all in all...we've been FANTASTIC!!
